Prefer a private or group session?
What can I expect from a private yoga session?

On first enquiry for a private session, we will start by discussing your goals for our sessions together and what you would like to gain from them. Whether that is becoming stronger physically, working towards a specific sports event or fitness goal, recovering from an injury, reducing stress, finding more mindfulness in the week, or just needing a good stretch out, we will work together to achieve this. This time is totally for you, to find your own practice and immerse yourself in it.

In our sessions, I will tailor the class structure to what you need and ensure you get the full experience including breath work, music and a guided savasana/pranayama at the end. Everyone's favourite part!

Our sessions can be held in the comfort of your own home(if you have the space to fit us both in!) or we can do them in a studio space in Harrogate. For any sessions in Harrogate and the surrounding areas, there will be no travel costs added to the session. I am more than happy to travel further but a small cost will be added depending on the location.

A private session can be booked as a one off, once - twice a week, once every 2 weeks or once a month, depending on your needs!

Why choose a private session over a class?
Yoga classes are a great way to regularly work on your physical and mental body but there are many reasons why a private session may be more suitable for you, rather than a class. A few examples are...

Or a group session?
If you would prefer to do a session with your partner, a family member, your bestie or for a birthday/hen do party then a group session is a great idea. Before we do the session I will confirm with you what kind of class you would like and tailor it to the people attending. For any sessions in Harrogate and the surrounding areas, there will be no travel costs added to the session. I am more than happy to travel further but a cost will be added depending on the location.
