MORNING VINYASA

Join me for an Energising Vinyasa style flow for 60 Mins, helping to bring strength to the body and a release for the mind. My Vinyasa class will leave you feeling rejuvenated, strong and ready for the week ahead.

PRE/ POST NATAL YOGA

Whether you are expecting or have had your baby, join me for a calming but strengthening Yoga class every Monday. This class includes a mixture of slow Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin and Pranayama and is perfect for anyone wanting to build their strength, improve their flexibility, enhance their pregnancy journey and de-stress the mind. This class is suitable for all levels and experience, whether you are a total beginner or have flowed all your life, you will leave feeling both invigorated and rested.

BEGINNERS/
INTERMEDIATE YOGA

Join me for a 45 Minute Hatha style flow to start the week off right. This class integrates yoga poses and breath work and is perfect for anyone starting their Yoga journey, looking for injury rehabilitation or just looking for a more slow paced class.

POWER VINYASA

Join me for a 60 minute, fun and funky class where we challenge the body and the mind in an energising and explorative flow. This practice includes traditional vinyasa, more advanced poses, inversions and arm balances and we mix it all together to enhance strength in the body and the mind.

If you are looking for a class to develop your Yoga practice further, then this is the one for you.

MUMMY AND BABY YOGA

Join me for a 60 minute Yoga where we integrate movement and breath to strengthen the body post natal and clear and de-stress the mind so that you can be the best version of you for your baby. This class is for you to find some time for yourself but gives you a chance to bond and interact with your baby throughout. This is a slow paced class and all levels and experience of Yoga are welcome.
